These Terms govern use of the CARVED FORM website and purchases from CARVEDFORM Shop, trading as CARVED FORM (“CARVED FORM”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

PRODUCTS AND NATURAL VARIATION
We aim to describe dimensions, materials, finishes and images accurately. Wood is a natural material. Grain, tone, figure, knots, pores, small checks and responses to light and humidity vary. Hand finishing may produce minor differences between samples, photographs and the delivered work. Inherent natural variations are not defects unless the work materially fails to match the accepted specification.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for availability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inability to complete an agreed specification.

PRICES, PAYMENTS AND TAXES
Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout or in a written quotation. Import duties, taxes and charges expressly identified as excluded remain the customer’s responsibility.

PRODUCTION AND CUSTOMIZATION
Production estimates are not guaranteed completion dates. For custom or bespoke work, the accepted quotation, specification, drawings, finish sample and written approvals form part of the agreement. Customer-requested changes may affect price and timing.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND DAMAGE
Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, cancellation and transit damage are governed by the Refund & Returns policy and the related CARVED FORM guidance pages. Custom-made goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation and return rights where permitted by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, photographs, text, designs, artwork documentation, trade marks and other materials are owned by or licensed to CARVED FORM. Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright, design rights, reproduction rights or commercial image rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the website for an unlawful purpose, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service without authorization or infringe the rights of CARVED FORM or others.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use or link to Shopify and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARVED FORM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
