CARVEDFORM Shop, trading as CARVED FORM, creates and supplies collectible wood objects and sculptural works. Safe delivery and careful packaging are central to our service.
Where we deliver
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout or confirmed in writing. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, email carvedform@outlook.com before ordering.
Production
Many works are made or finished to order. The typical production period is 2–3 weeks. Production time is separate from transit time, and a product-specific estimate or written quotation takes precedence.
Shipping method and transit estimate
We select the method according to the packed dimensions, destination and handling requirements. Works measuring at or below approximately 47.64 in H × 19.69 in W × 19.69 in D are generally shipped by air freight, with an estimated transit time of 7–12 business days after dispatch. Larger works are generally shipped by sea freight, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 weeks after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, remote-area service, weather, peak periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Shipping charges
Complimentary standard worldwide shipping is included in the listed price unless the product page, checkout or a written quotation states otherwise. Exceptional access, redelivery, storage, installation, white-glove or remote-area charges will be disclosed before they are charged.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage and destination-country charges are not included unless checkout or a written quotation expressly states otherwise. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are emailed when the shipment is dispatched. Large freight deliveries may use appointment-based updates instead of standard parcel tracking. Standard service is front-door delivery unless expressly agreed otherwise and does not include unpacking, assembly, mounting, anchoring or installation.
Insurance and damage
Shipments are insured against covered loss or damage in transit. Inspect the shipment promptly and keep all packaging. Report damage within 3 business days with the order number and photographs or video of the label, packaging, internal protection and work. Do not discard packaging, repair or return the work until CARVED FORM provides written instructions.
